The author, and the limits
Thirteen Added is named after a count: between two archived copies of one operator’s contract, fifteen months apart, thirteen territories joined the restricted list and zero left it. Aneta Klimek reads contracts as dated editions rather than as settled text.

Aneta Klimek writes this site and fills the 12 rows of its comparison table. The role she gives herself is narrower than reviewer, and it describes what she actually does: she reads an operator’s legal documents as editions, each carrying a date, and sets one edition against another.
The subject of this site made that method compulsory rather than optional. Its live legal pages stayed shut to the machine this site is checked on, so both editions quoted here are archived captures of the operator’s own text: 902,657 characters from 9 August 2026, and 444,165 from 24 April 2025. Two dated copies of one contract, and a difference between them that can be counted.
Aneta holds zero accounts with any operator named on this site. The deposits, payouts and closures described anywhere here belong to other people and reach these pages as published text.
What gets opened
Five kinds of document count as a source, and the list ends there.
An operator’s terms, in whatever the operator calls them, are the first and the heaviest. Refund and privacy policies come second, because they carry the handling rules that the terms summarise. Responsible-gambling wording is third, read as a clause rather than as a promise. Fourth is the help-centre answer, which is used sparingly and labelled every time, since an answer can be rewritten without amending a contract. Fifth is the entry in a public licence register, where one exists and opens. That order of weight decides which document is quoted first for every operator in the Gamdom alternative comparison.
Everything outside those five sits outside the evidence. A comparison table on another site, a forum thread, a press release repeated by twenty outlets, and an operator’s own marketing copy wherever it disagrees with the operator’s own contract.
Each figure travels with three things attached: the clause it was copied from, the name of the document, and the date of the copy that was read. For archived text the capture date leads and the reading date follows separately, because a September reading of an August file describes August. Four things this site declines to do
It states nothing about this operator’s permit, in either direction. Anything numeric about a licence sits behind template placeholders in both copies held here; the 2026 capture carries a Curaçao answer and an Anjouan answer side by side while the terms in the same file run under Costa Rican law; and the Curaçao register was opened on 2 September 2026 and left unqueried. Three jurisdictions and zero resolving documents support a finding in one direction as poorly as they support one in the other. So the cell stays empty and the contradiction gets printed.
It prints no figure without its clause and its date. A number quoted alone claims to describe the edition in force today, which is a claim nobody here can make. Where a document was unread, the cell stays empty rather than borrowed. An empty cell is never a zero and never a permission.
It describes zero experience. The phrases we tested, we withdrew and our team played appear nowhere on this site. They would describe something somebody did, and everything here describes something somebody read. Those are different kinds of claim, and only one of them is supported.
It stays silent on routes around a territorial rule, and on the law where you live. A restricted-territory clause settles who an operator declines to serve, according to the operator. What a statute permits is a separate question with separate sources and belongs to a lawyer. The clause itself is quoted whole on the restricted countries page, and the quotation is where this site stops.
Corrections
Terms are edited without notice. Registers are updated. Where a figure here disagrees with what an operator prints today, the operator is right and this page is stale.
Every date on these pages marks when a copy was captured or opened, rather than a promise about the document as it stands now. The further those dates recede, the more it is worth opening the operator’s own page before depositing.
